Cancellation Policy

Absolute Contraindications (Do Not Book, If You Have): -Fever, flu, or active infection -Acute illness or contagious disease -Severe inflammation or swelling -Recent surgery or open wounds -Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or blood clots -Skin infections, rashes, or contagious skin conditions -Uncontrolled high blood pressure -Severe cardiac conditions or recent heart attack -Pregnancy in the first trimester (Please consult your physician and therapist for suitable options) Relative Contraindications (Consult First): -Recent injury or trauma (e.g. fractures, sprains) -Chronic skin conditions (e.g. eczema, psoriasis) – depending on severity -Active cancer or undergoing chemotherapy/radiation -Autoimmune disorders or immune suppression -Menstruation – Abhyanga can be modified or postponed if preferred -Allergies or sensitivities to oils/herbs – let us know in advance to adjust accordingly These Terms and Conditions govern your use of massage therapy services provided by Satya. By booking and receiving a massage therapy session, you agree to comply with these terms. 1. Appointments: 1.1 Clients must arrive at their scheduled appointment time. 1.2 Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and full payment will still be required. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: 2.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 2.2. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment price. 3. Health and Safety: 3.1. Clients must read contraindications section on the booking form prior to booking. 3.2. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the session. 3.3. Satya reserves the right to refuse service if the client is deemed unfit for massage therapy. 4. Conduct: 4.1. Clients must maintain appropriate hygiene and dress code during the session. 4.2. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to, sexual advances, harassment, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be asked to leave. No refund will be provided. 4.3. Clients must follow the therapist's instructions to ensure a safe and effective session. 5. Liability: 5.1. Satya and its therapists are not liable for any injuries or health conditions that may occur before, during, or after the session. 5.2. Clients assume full responsibility for their health and well-being during the session.
